The 130th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) successfully took place in Guangzhou from October 15 to 19, 2021. The offline portion of the 130th Canton Fair covered a staggering 400,000 square meters, making it the largest physical exhibition held globally during the pandemic era. To ensure a comprehensive trading experience, the organizers established 51 exhibition areas categorized into 16 distinct commodity groups.
The physical fair hosted 19,181 booths and featured 7,795 exhibitors. Notably, the import exhibition saw participation from 92 enterprises across 15 countries, including the United States, Canada, and various European nations, featuring several Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders. Parallel to the physical event, the online platform maintained 60,000 booths, supporting approximately 26,000 Chinese and foreign enterprises in a virtual trading environment.
